Our company, Discerning Tastes, is the sole distributor of Brooklyn Bridge brand fashion accessories for the United States and Mexico. Our products include leather wallets, purses/handbags, clutch wallets, briefcases, etc. and are very high-end in quality, while remaining affordable in price (brands we compete with include Coach, Prada, Fendi, etc.). We are a new company, having just released our brand to market, and are currently building a national sales team to market our brand to retail stores & boutiques of all sizes. We are seeking experienced outside sales people to fill 3 open positions across the U.S. (territories include West, South, and East Coast). Preferred locations for applicants include Las Vegas, Atlanta, and New York City, but others will be considered. Qualified applicants will be experienced in outside sales, self-motivated, acquainted with fashion, have some number of existing contacts in the retail and/or fashion industries (not required, but preferred), experienced in attending trade shows, and be friendly, articulate, clean-cut and professional. English should be your first language and you should be able to converse in a professional manner in both written and oral communications. Beyond these initial expectations, we would like to build our team with individuals who have a sense of vision of the financial potential and other benefits this position offers. You will have the ability to market our brand to both small and large boutiques as well as large national retailers. With a 25% commission on all sales (and 25% of all residual sales), your income potential is very large. You will also work entirely on your own schedule - no quotas, no set office hours, no boss looking over your shoulder. You will have a renewable 1 year contract and be employed as an independent contractor. We provide full support, product samples, marketing materials, etc. Please note, this is an actual sales position and not some type of MLM or similar work-from-home scheme and absolutely no investment is required. If you feel you meet these demanding requirements we would very much like to speak with you. Please note, we are a small, friendly company without a great deal of hierarchy. Therefore, you will be dealing directly with the owners of the company as well as your fellow sales team members.
