1st Day Contract Renewal/Rent Specialist NY Quadel Consulting Corp. is seeking a full time contract Renewal/Rent Specialist. Responsibilities include: Completing contract renewals, rent increases and rent adjustment requests for HUD project based Section 8 contracts. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college, and related experience preferred. Knowledge of HUD rules on contract on contract renewals and rent adjustments desirable. Must have ability to perform financial analyses and make accurate arithmetic computations. Requires excellent oral and written communications. Knowledge of general budgeting preferred. Basic computer skills required. Excellent salary and benefits package.
