Ways You Can Try To Add Extra Value, Continued

Of course you would need to force yourself to think beyond the everyday duties you would perform as an administrative assistant or think of additional ways you can be of value to a company. We are already aware that anyone who is putting in a clerical resume or executive assistant resume will possess certain skills such as computer skills and the ability to handle paperwork. But what else can you do that may not be expected of you? What other value can you add to the company that will boost your desirability instantly? These types of questions take a little bit of time to come up with the appropriate answer, but they can be well worth it.

Once you have compiled a list of questions and answers of additional ways you add value to a particular company as an administrative professional, then you want to take the questions you feel will make you look the best and implement those on your resume. It is going to be difficult for you to determine which questions are the best. So here is a good tip to remember, take the question that is going to paint the best picture in your mind or the best illustration. The better the illustration created in your mind the more effective it is going to be when it comes to the person reading your administrative resume.

Being creative on your administrative resume and figuring out ways to add extra value is a great way to impress the person reading it. When I say impress I am speaking of ways to make them take a second look because they read something they liked. This should be your number one goal when putting in an administrator resume, because only by impressing the reader will you get called in for an interview
